WILTROUT, Chief Judge. Pauline Pocialik, by her guardian, filed an application for compensation by reason of the death of her father. On November 4, 1947, her father was killed in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with appellee. The Industrial Board found that she was neither a presumptive dependent nor a dependent in fact of decedent, and entered an award that she take nothing by her application.
